Mr. Carroll has served as president of Figr Brands, Inc. since November 19, 2018. On the client side, Mr. Carroll has built brands for Kraft Foods and AB InBev, where he was Vice-President of Marketing responsible for North America. In the role of President and Partner, Mr. Carroll grew Grip Limited into Canada’s largest independent, partner-owned creative agency. Grip represented clients such as Honda, Acura, AB InBev, Expedia, Johnson & Johnson, Yum! Brands, Cadbury, Dare Foods and Bacardi.
In his most recent role as Canadian CEO, Mr. Carroll was accountable for ensuring that IPG Mediabrands over-delivered on client expectations by collaboratively and seamlessly leveraging the network of 11 agencies in Canada. His focus on driving his clients’ total business outcomes through innovation and an entrepreneurial approach led to him being recognized for the evolution of IPG Mediabrands in Canada with the prestigious Strategy Media Director of the Year award in 2016.
